Wilmington University Holiday Party

Drexelbrook Catering was once again fortunate to be asked the cater the holiday event for the staff at Wilmington University. On December 17th the Drexelbrook Team led by Domenick Savino
descended on Wilmington University Dining and Student Center to prepare for their 400 person Holiday Party

The room was in Holiday Spirit beautiful linens from Party Rental and greens and floral from Eventricity
The Menu included stationary and butler Hors D'Oeurves as well as four interactive food stations and a chilled U-15 Shrimp Bar with a wonderful ice sculpture from Ice Concepts

The sweet ending to this amazing day was the Miniature Dessert Display on Lucite tables that was lit from below. The display included miniature trifles
and desserts. In addition the guests could enjoy in a Bananas Foster or  Sundae Bar.
