Drexelbrook Catering was honored to host the 2011
Riddle Memorial Hospital Man O War Gala. This year the 400 plus guests were there to honor Jayne & Walter Garrison in addition to supporting this amazing hospital.
Jayne & Walter Garrison has a life long history of supporting the community and giving back. Two of their many accomplishments include the founding of Pennsylvania Institute of Technology in 1953 and recently the formation of "The Jayne and Walter Garrison Fund For Nursing Excellence"
The Gala was an incredible night that began with cocktails, a twelve foot ice raw bar accented with an stunning Man O War Ice Sculpture. In addition a wonderful selection of butlered Hors d Oeuvres and a paired Wine and Cheese Station gave guests a culinary delight.
A "Passport to the World" Dinner then took place with foods from France, The Islands, Italy & Asia. This was in honor to the Garrison's World Travels and support of Charities throughout the world.
Dancing to the sounds of
The Philly Party Band followed as well as an incredible silent auction and dessert.
