A Tribute To French Cuisine

On Monday Evening Drexelbrook Catering was honored to host a wonderful French Dinner for GlaxoSmith Kline in our Wine Cellar & Nostaglia Hall. It was a true "Foodie" Joy working on this Menu and Event.

Foie Gras – Seared duck on a toasted baguette with figs topped with a wine and onion jam

Poisson – Sole Meuniére on braised swiss chard

Sorbet - Sorbet Citron

Releve – Steak au Poive with cognac sauce serve with garlic spinach and duchess potatoes

Formage – Bleu d’Auvergne, morbier and Saint-Marcellin serves with croutes, raspberry jam and honeycomb

Entremets – Vanilla ice cream filled profiteroles on a painted plate served with seasonal berries

Café – French Roast Coffee
