SAVOR 2011

Drexelbrook Catering was honored to support Mainline and Bucks Life magazines in their SAVOR 2011 Event held on February 3rd at The Crystal Tea Room.
This event produced 992 pounds of canned goods donated and raffle money that will provide over 2300 meals for those in need in our area.

A great night of food and spirits was enjoyed by the largest crowd in Savor history. Drexelbrook Catering was placed in a true foodie heaven location between Jimmy's BBQ of Malvern and an Artisinal Cheese producer. The Grilled Chicken with a Mimosa Buerre Blanc over a Rosemary Scented Mixed Grain Pilaf was a big hit. In addition we served a velvety smooth single source Chocolate Mousse.
