55th Annual Wags N Whiskers Event

On Saturday March 26th Drexelbrook Catering played host to the 55th Annual Wags n Whiskers Fashion Show & Lunch to benefit the Delaware County SPCA. The Delaware County SPCA celebrates their 100 anniversary this year and this event is just one of the many great events they will host throughout the year.

The event featured a silent auction, fashion show for pets & people alike as well as many animals available for adoption. The "Mistresses of Ceremonies" included Carol Erickson (Meteorologist on CBS 3) and Debbi Carlton (WMGK 102.9 Classic Rock DJ)

Drexelbrook Catering was honored to play host to this amazing event and we look forward to the 100 anniversary celebration of the Delaware County SPCA later this year.The list of sponsors includes Daisy' Delights LLC (Animals Fasions), Philadelphia Premium Outlets (People Fasions), Delaware Vallet DJ's, Avoderm, Aqua, Buzzy's Bow Wow Meow, Long & Foster Real Estate (Donna Marie McCole), Exelon, Family Pet Resort, Pilot, Staybridge Suites, TD Bank, Drexelbrook Catering and many others.

Two of the many animals available for adoption at the event included a wonderful Hound-Pit Bull mix named Mila who is between 1-3 years old. Mila was such a happy girl and so patient with kids and adults alike who all wanted time with her.
Adora is a 5 month old Pit Bull Terrier that is so comfortable with kids and animals alike.

It addition there was this incredible beauty that had the staff at Drexelbrook Catering melting. Her incredible sweet eyes & nature were enough to warm every heart in the building. Drexelbrook Catering strong supports the Delaware County SPCA and we look forward to the 100th Anniversary Celebration later this year which will be held at Drexelbrook Catering.
