" All things today begin with Chemistry" That is one of the driving forces behind the incredible Chemical Heritage Foundation at Third & Chestnut streets in Philadelphia. As a public museum, meeting space and center for scholars the
CHF is a gem in the heart of Old City Philadelphia. Managed by The Hub Llc this is a truly unique and beautiful venue that excels in its versatility and technology.
The September ISES Greater Philadelphia Chapter meeting was recently held there and Drexelbrook Catering was thrilled to create an incredible Latin themed dinner and beverage selection that fit wonderfully into the theme of the evenings speaker. "Get your Cha Cha Cha On" was presented by Liz Fletcher Brown .
A selection of Cuban themed ssandwiches, Salsas & Chips, Quinoa Salad, Banana Leaf Wrapped Roast Pork Loin with a Sour Orange Mojo, Empanadas, and Tostones started the evening and were the delight of all who attended.
The evening concluded with miniature Tres Leches, Rum soaked Bananas, Chocolate Bread Pudding, Papaya Milkshakes and Iced Latin Coffee rich in Creme.
The museum is rich in education and spacious with exhibits that show how Chemistry affects and changes our daily life. you will leave CHF with new insight and if you organized or attended a conference there you will certainly be looking forward to your next visit. Kathy Stanley and her team are efficient and creative and understand the needs and are quick to respond to the needs of all business clients.
