Franklin Commons in Phoenixville

Historic Phoenixville is quickly becoming a hub of special events, business and entertainment. Anchoring this redevelopment is Franklin Commons
Franklin Commons is an old (approximately 100 years) industrial building that has had only four owners and four uses. It was initially a silk mill, then a carpet mill, and in the mid-70’s it was purchased by Budd Company which moved here from Bridgeport. They made plastic pump parts for sewage treatment plants. They ceased operations in approximately 2003.Palma, L.P. bought the building on March 17, 2006. After the environmental remediation, it was divided into leasehold spaces and leasing commenced in 2007

This incredible multi use space has can accommodate events from 20 to 600 plus and features several incredible spaces with great natural lighting, handicap accessibility and full A/V including wifi. The courtyards are perfectly suited for cocktails or events requiring ceremonies. One of the anchors tenants is "The Rock & Roll Afterschool"  and features a multi use performance room and stage that is ideal Mitzvah's and special events. The school with deep roots in the music community is also a source of amazing young talented Rock & Roll bands. Rock & Roll Afterschool director Erin Riley has roots in the music business dating back to the early 80's at WMMR in Philadelphia.

The great natural light allows you to bring in the outside world to this industrial while while allowing the guests to still imagine and create a an image of the history and value of this property in industrial America.
