On October 7th Drexelbrook Catering was the exclusive caterer at the launch party and networking event for Soiree Philadelphia . The city's premier bridal conceriege service is the brain child of photographer Laura Eaton.

The event took place on a perfect fall evening in an beautiful park adjacent to the Soiree Philadelphia Office at 323 Arch street in Old City. The menu was themed " A Little Soiree" and featured a play on foods with a sweet & savory version of puff pastry, custard, salad and crepes. The menu featured:
