"Chuppa's and Mundap's and New Revenue "Oh My" was attended by a very large crowd which may indicate the value of these specialized markets.
The presentation was moderated by Domenick Savino CEO and General Manager of Drexelbrook Catering
and featured presentations by Jean Fernandez and Jessica McBearty from Drexelbrook Catering and Banquet Facility. Jean is their Indian Wedding and Event expert. Drexelbrook Catering hosted 15 plus Indian weddings in 2010 ranging in size from 200 to 600 guests. On hand to discuss their Orthodox Weddings and Events was Jessica McBearty from Drexelbrook Catering and Events Center.

Under Domenick Savino's leadership and with outstanding insight into the culture, style and details of Indian and Orthodox weddings and events the attendees left with a wealth of new knowledge and tips. Thanks to Video One Productions for their assistance in a powerpoint and video production highlighting many of Drexelbrook Catering's Indian events. Thank you to the Marriot Downtown for their hospitality and the board members of NACE Philadelphia for recognizing the experience and expertize that Dtexelbrook Catering and Events brings to these specialized markets and catered events.
Immediately following the NACE meeting many attendees then made their way to the The Chestnut Club at 1529 Chestnut Street for the Gourmet Cupcakes & Wine Pairing Event hosted by Drexelbrook Catering, Cupcakes Gourmet and Franks Wine. (Please see the November 10th Posting)
A complete listing of all who contributed to this incredible event can be found below on the NACE thank you and summary.
